We are Yodabee, a fast-growing company in office services. We help companies increase well-being and show care for their employees.

Yodabee started in 2014 with the vision of making menstrual products as obvious as toilet paper at work. Since then, we have grown together with our customers and expanded our range based on their requests.

Every month, we deliver lots of wonderful hygiene products directly to office restrooms – of course menstrual products, but also hand cream, hairspray, dental floss, dry shampoo, spray deodorant, etc. Everything that can be needed at short notice during a workday and that makes people feel included and cared for.

Since 2020, we have also been putting together customized gifts sent home to our customers' employees worldwide.

And now we are growing again! 🚀

In addition to our well-being boxes, we are also starting a staffing service where our customers can hire service-oriented staff from us – both for short and long assignments. This can involve covering for a receptionist who has fallen ill, assisting at an event, or providing extra hands on-site when needed.

Our headquarters is located at St Eriksplan in Stockholm. We also have offices in Malmö and Gothenburg. Now we are looking for another star who wants to join us on the journey in the Stockholm team. Could it be you? 💜

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who wants to work extra and can step in at short notice, during weekdays. Perhaps you are a cheerful person who wants to fill your day with a social, active, and meaningful part-time job?

But above all:

We are looking for someone who LOVES service.

You are outgoing, comfortable in meeting people, and thrive in a role where you are the face of the company. You enjoy creating a good atmosphere around you and can easily adapt to new environments. One day you might be refilling well-being boxes, and the next day welcoming visitors at a reception or helping out at an event.

You are:

• Detail-oriented but also flexible
• Social and professional
• Comfortable representing Yodabee at our customers' locations

Job Responsibilities

As a well-being professional with us, you will:

• Visit our customers in the Stockholm area to clean and refill their Yodabee boxes
• Receive deliveries, organize the stock, and pack refills at our office at St Eriksplan
• Transport refills to customers (mostly by public transport, sometimes by car/taxi)
• Pack orders and gift shipments

In addition to this, you may also work within our staffing service, for example by:

• Stepping in at reception/front desk (both short and longer assignments)
• Assisting at events (serving, hosting, decoration, practical help)
• Office relocations (unpacking, organizing, structuring)
• Other temporary needs at customer sites

You will simply be a reliable and professional representative for Yodabee at our customers 💜

Meritorious (but not required)
